产品概述

悬臂斗轮堆取料机（简称斗轮机），是一种大型、连续、高效的散料装卸机械。可适用于堆、取粒度0～300 mm的散状物料，是大中型火力发电厂、码头、矿山、冶金、化工和大型水利工地等工矿企业储料场专用的堆取散状物料的优良设备。

悬臂式斗轮取料机主要由行走机构、门架、回转机构、上部钢结构、臂式输送机、斗轮机构、尾车、润滑系统、俯仰系统、电气系统、喷淋除尘系统和检测限位装置组成。大车行走、回转、俯仰、斗轮传动、悬臂胶带机等传动机构之间有联锁安全保护。工作时，取料机沿着轨道行进，并能改变臂架的回转、俯仰角度。悬臂式斗轮取料机是由斗轮挖掘机发展而来，它能与堆料机和输送机一起组成自动运输系统，节约成本，随着经济的快速发展，堆取料机的需求也越来越大。

按理论生产能力，斗轮堆取料机可分为以下几种:

(1）轻型生产率在630m3/h 以下

(2）中型生产率为630~2500m3/h

(3）大型生产率为2500~5000m3/h

(4）特大型生产率为5000~10000m3/h

(5）巨型生产率在10000 m3/h 以上

我公司的悬臂斗轮(堆)取料机，其臂长范围为20-60m，堆取料能力范围为200-11000t/h。此设备广泛应用于条型原料场。

性能特点
